I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. They are attempting to screw me over.
I have heard nothing from Turbo Tax.

Yes, the same *** occurred to me this past weekend. Plus, they would not let me remove the Max Benefits from my cart.
One of their agents was on the line with me and the payment went through before the process was completed. So, I was charged $275 versus $160.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, AG, and disputed the amount with my credit card. This company is a scam and the 2023 software has tons of kinks that need to be fixed.
