I got intouch with a live person once on my first call, about a week ago who gave me a link to supposedly help me get an Intuit Refund after my debit card for the same order was charged twice. I went through the steps indicated, but it keeps re-setting back to the sign-on page. I have tried calling multiple times since the process should give you a justified refund in 5 business days per the live person. First, I get the automated system who thinks I need my Tax Refund info, then after making it clear, I get the automated system who wants to text me the same process for the refund as the live person did. Then when you ask for a Representative, you are on hold with music for about 30 seconds then silence. The call is disconnected every time.
