IRS sent notice of failing to file 2018
We completed and paid ( TurboTax ) to complete our 2018 **** taxes. The IRS just contacted use, that we didn’t file for the year 2018. Why is that, isn’t that your responsibility. We have used TurboTax for years and never had this problem.

Yes, I’ve put in all my information ect for turbo tax, all I have to do is pay my fees to file my taxes, but I don’t have my debit card to put in the info? My bank haven’t sent it yet which is weird I requested it over a month now before this virus. Is their any other way I can file or pay for the fees to

I had an existing case number issued by TurboTax and my TurboTax log-in name, but the customer service agent claimed he could not find my information and said: "there is nothing I can do to help you". I will never use this product again and I encourage others to do the same.

Have not recieved tax return
I filed last year with turbo tax and have waited for the returns but I never received mine and am now told that they can't find it because it can't be tracked. Would somebody like to tell me what happen before I file with turbo again.

I am trying to change my password for my Turbo Card but I dont have the actual card number on me because my husband has it on a plane.

They didn't help me in turbo tax i paid cause she couldn't find my email. I got no help she was very nice and still paid 97.99 and i have to finish my taxes but they want me to pay again

Automated phone assist
I can never get a live person to provide me support. The automated service brings me in circles for 20 minutes but never connects me to get the help I need. Regardless of my question it always leads to logging into the account and pressing help and typing my questions. I WANT TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING, not a dang robot. Terrible customer service experience. To make matters worse, I paid for the service and they never submitted my last years taxes.
User's recommendation: Don’t use. I will use them when there is a snowball in ***.

Every time I try to log in to my accounts at QBO. Even during the same day. So I go to cancel the accounts, and I am allowed to cancel one but then when I try to cancel the other one I have to sign in. Guess what, I have to change my password. Then I get the message that because I used Turbo tax my Self Employed account is free so why do I want to cancel it? I have been billed every month for $21.08. FREE I don't think so. Now I try to call them to cancel the billing but get a message I had to go into the account and do it from there, but I am taken to an account that was cancelled prior. So then I get a link to set up a call in 5 minutes. It has now been over thirty minutes and no phone call. This is probably the worst customer service company there is at this time. ID

Lets start with Turbotax. Started to file my taxes for FREE and by the end of it I ended up paying $125 in fee's to file. $80 to Turbotax for a FREE file.... And 39.99 to Santa Barbara Tax payers group for collecting turbotax fees... Miserable experience with both places. Now its the 26th the day i was supposed to have my refund and as of noon, I have not gotten it. SBTGP has my money and collected their fee's yesterday and i have yet to get my money. If im paying all this money for services i expect it to be fast and not have to wait for something i was supposed to have today.

I'm a former TurboTax user. A long time user. No more ever. Their product doesn't work on my 2012 Apple MacBook Pro. Why couldn't they posted a FYI on the potential uncompatability BEFORE marketing theTurboTax, Dud Edition ?

Be careful if you have a 1095-A form!
Have used them for many years but wont again. TurboTax software no longer prompts you to enter required information from your 1095-A marketplace health insurance form. It allows you to complete and file your taxes, but the IRS will end up sending you a letter to submit another form, and then takes 6 to 8 weeks to get any refund youre due. TurdoTax doesnt even make mention of this! They used to be a decent company but they have changed. If you have a 1095-A to enter, research how to enter it before starting your online return.

DONT USE TURBO TAX CROOKSTHATS WHAT THEY ARE
They charge me to update than they charged me 40 for federal 40 for state and 40 for them to take it out of my return this is after I called for help, and they wanted to charge me 30 to just talk to someone free, but they are liars and thieves

I have used TurboTax for at least 10 years and have had a TurboTax Advantage Account since its inception. It gives me 15% off the price. Intuit arbitrarily cancelled my account and will not reinstate it because they don't offer that discount anymore. Very dishonest way for them to try to save 15%. Instead they lost a TurboTax and Quicken customer for life.

I just watched a segment on the news saying that turbo-tax willingly hide the link for people making under $66,000 to file their taxes for free like the commercial advertised. Unless you type in turbotaxfree.com instead of turbotax.com you will not find a link to file for free. Turbotax charged me $59.00 up front to begin my taxes. The kicker is when I got finished it asked me if I wanted to file my state taxes online with my federal taxes. Well yeah, if so , that will cost another $49.99. I find this deceitful and unlawful to not tell you this up front.

I have gotten the same message about adjusted gross income have entered 2018 gross income two or three different times. TurboTax is a joke you can’t even talk to customer service without paying to do so.
Free???? They are talking out the side of their head!!!!
I keep getting a message telling me I need my adjusted gross income as well and it keeps kicking it back so I’m deciding to mail mine TurboTax is a joke they’re all about try to make you pay them to do something
